Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with a quotation and booking our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking:

1. Quotation and Booking:

By accepting our quotation and proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge your commitment to using Hire Ready Now’s same-day courier service and agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the quoted amount.

3. Insurance:

Hire Ready Now provides basic insurance coverage for items valued up to £20. For items valued between £20 and £100, you have the option to purchase additional insurance for a fee of £1. For items valued above £100, additional insurance can be obtained for a fee of £5
In the event of a claim, you must provide documentation proving the value of the item before any payout is made.

4. Payment:

Payment for the Service can be made via bank transfer or through a payment link sent to you. For regular deliveries, we can arrange weekly or bi-weekly payments upon request.
A missed invoice or payment will result in a £50 charge.

5. Late Fees for Unprepared Items::

Hire Ready Now allows a 10-minute grace period for the preparation of items for pick-up. If the items are not ready within this period, a late fee of £10 will be applied.
After the initial 10-minute grace period, an additional fee of £1 per minute will be charged for every minute that the courier is required to wait for the items to be ready.

6. Liability:

Hire Ready Now is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, accidents, or unforeseen events.

Hire Ready Now’s liability for loss or damage to items is limited to the terms of the insurance coverage chosen by the customer.

7. Restricted Items:

Certain items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods, may not be transported using our Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items being transported are lawful and appropriate for our courier service.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Hire Ready Now, its employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Service.

9. Privacy Policy:

Hire Ready Now collects and uses personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

11. Modification of Terms:

Hire Ready Now reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
